Rich French dessert, apricot sauce is a unique recipe. You can eat it with toasted bread or use it in a recipe for turkey or chicken. Prepare it!

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 400 grams of apricot mature
  • 250 grams of sugar
  • 2 spoonfuls of Kirsch
  • 1 glass of Water tibia

    Preparation

    Wash, peel and remove the bone of the apricots.
    Blend the apricots, with sugar and warm water.
    In a saucepan place the mixture and let boil all for 5 minutes without stopping moving with a wooden spoon.
    Remove from heat and strain, add Kirsch and mix perfectly.

    PRESENTATION

    It can be served with ice cream or only in a glass.
