Preparation
Wash, peel and remove the bone of the apricots.
Blend the apricots, with sugar and warm water.
In a saucepan place the mixture and let boil all for 5 minutes without stopping moving with a wooden spoon.
Remove from heat and strain, add Kirsch and mix perfectly.
