Cheescake recipe with dulce de leche. It's a delicious cheescake for your guests! It is a fusion between American cuisine and South American cuisine. It is a very good combination.


8 portions
  • 4 packages cream cheese
  • 1/4 cups butter
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups cookie crumbs
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can dulce de leche


Preheat oven to 160 ° C. In a bowl mix the ground biscuit and the melted butter. in a mold of ring and spring presses the mixture and leave it aside the mold will have to be 9 inches
In another bowl mix the cream cheese and sugar then add the sour cream and whisk everything with a balloon whisk. Add the eggs one at a time and continue beating.
Remove a little of the mixture and put the dulce de leche the other part put it in the mold.
With the mixture of the dulce de leche drop spoonfuls on the mold and with a knife only make swirls.
Bake for 1 hour 15 mins or until the surface is about to set. Take out of the oven taking care not to burn and pass a knife around after let it cool for 4 hours.


After refrigerating, spread a bit of dulce de leche and decorate with finely chopped almonds.


For a better flavor add a little bit of sugar to the biscuit mixture and refrigerate during the whole night, so you will have the richest cheescake since this is traditionally very cold.
