Ingredients

6 portions
  • 500 grams cream cheese
  • 500 grams light cheese
  • 1 1/4 cups sucralose, granulated
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups wine crackers
  • 1/4 cups sucralose
  • 3 tablespoons butter

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients of the massa (biscuits, sucralose and butter) in the processor until it is like dough and place with your hands in the mold previously buttered.
Beat cream cheese and granulated sucralose until smooth, add juice and lemon zest, salt and roast until smooth and smooth. Add the eggs one at a time.
Empty this mixture to the mold with the cookie base and bake for 50 to 60 min. or until it is firm on the edges and slightly soft center. Let cool in the oven for an hour and then take to the refrigerator and chill for 6 hours.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate with mint leaves or lemon zest.
