This Christmas, prepare this rich cheese tart with yoghurt and peaches. It has a crunchy base with nuts, a spicy filling of cheese with yoghurt and a touch of vanilla, the best of all is that it is covered with this rich fruit.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 Cup of flour for the base
  • 1/2 Cup of nut
  • 1/4 of Cup of sugar for the base
  • 1/8 of teaspoonful of Salt for the base
  • 2 pieces of egg yolk for the base
  • 1 tablespoon of whipping cream for the base
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of vanilla for the base
  • 90 grams of Butter portioned, cold, for the base
  • 190 grams of cream cheese
  • 3/4 of Cup of Yoghurt Natural Oikos®
  • 1 piece of Vanilla Danette® Custard
  • 1/4 of Cup of powder sugar
  • 1 teaspoonful of cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of aniseed powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of Orange zest
  • 1 Cup of peach in syrup cut into slices

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, grease and flour a cake pan.
    In a food processor, process the flour, nuts, sugar and salt. Add the yolks, the cream to beat, the vanilla and process 1 minute more. Add the butter and process until incorporated. Knead a little and refrigerate 15 minutes.
    Extend, line the mold and chop the base with a fork. Place a piece of aluminum foil and beans on top and bake 20 minutes or until the base is cooked. Chill
    For the filling, acrema in the mixer cream cheese with Yoghurt Natural Oikos® and Danette® Custard vanilla, icing sugar, spices and zest.
    Fill the cake base with the filling and refrigerate 10 minutes. Garnish with the slices of peach.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate with peaches in syrup.

    TIPS

    If you do not want to use peaches in syrup, use fresh seasonal fruit and varnish with jam.
