Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
To prepare the base, mix the ground chocolate biscuit with the manetquilla. Place the mixture in a baking circular desmoldable baking dish and with your hands press to make a chocolate cookie base for the cake.
For the filling in an electric mixer , start by whipping the cream cheese until it is fluffy.
Add the sugar, the egg, and the sour cream. Beat for 3-4 minutes. Finally add the chocolate chips and mix well.
Pour the filling over the cookie base and bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 15 minutes before unmolding carefully.
