Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 stick butter, 90 grams
  • 1 package Marie biscuit
  • 1 package cream cheese, 180gr
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk

Preparation

First of all, the biscuits are ground and a little apart to later cover the pie with it and make a golden crust.
The second step is to join the ground cookies with the margarine to form a paste and to cover the mold for pay.
Then the other ingredients are liquefied separately: condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, butter and cheese

TIPS

It is not recommended to cut the cheese pie fresh, it is better to let it rest and cool very well so that it is finished curdling.
