For lovers of the Mexican bakery, we created this recipe for the traditional goblets of cheese with a crunchy crust and creamy filling, decorated with icing sugar and fresh strawberries. Do not miss trying them!

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1/4 of Cup of sugar
  • 1/8 of teaspoonful of Salt
  • 120 grams of Butter
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla essence
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 1 Cup of condensed milk for the filling
  • 1 package of cream cheese for the filling
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence for the filling
  • 3 spoonfuls of cornstarch for the filling
  • enough of powder sugar to decorate
  • enough of Strawberry to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat oven to 190 ° C (374F)
    On a clean surface, forms a volcano with flour, sugar and salt. Add the butter and work with a scraper to form a "sand point". Add the egg and vanilla essence, knead until integrated. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
    Form balls of dough and place them on a mold of cupcakes, extend to form the base. Refrigerate for 15 minutes more.
    For the filling, liquefy the eggs with condensed milk, cream cheese, vanilla essence and cornstarch.
    Pour the previous mixture on the butter bases to ¾ of its capacity and bake 10 minutes. Lower the oven temperature to 180 ° C (356F)and bake 10 to 15 minutes more or until the filling is firm and the edges golden. Chill and decorate with icing sugar and strawberries.

    PRESENTATION

    Garnish with icing sugar and fresh strawberries.

    TIPS

    It is important that you refrigerate the dough bases before filling and baking so they do not lose their shape due to heat.

    Me pareció sencilla, pero el tiempo de cocción en mi caso es más de lo que se hace saber en la receta, será que se debe precalentar el horno? Y si es así, cuánto tiempo de precalentado?
