Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 cups chocolate cookie, ground
  • 7 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 sticks cream cheese, (190 gc / u)
  • 1/3 cups cream
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup pitted cherries, fresh or frozen
  • 3 tablespoons Cherry jam
  • 1 tablespoon Kirsch

Preparation

Preheats the oven to 150 degrees Celsius.
In a food processor grind the chocolate cookies until you get a flour from the cookies. Mix in a bowl with the melted butter to form a uniform dough.
Grease a mold easy to unmold circular to pay with vegetable spray and placed the base of cookies. With your fingers press the base until it covers the entire base of the mold and the sides.
In an electric mixer beat the cream cheese with the sugar until it is fluffy. Add the flour, vanilla and cream and continue whisking. Add 1 egg at a time and beat for 30 seconds quickly. Pour the mixture into the mold on the base of cookies.
Place the cherries in the blender and pour into a small pot. Over medium heat until it starts to boil. Add the jam and Kirsch and let boil 10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
To make the design with a spoon place circles of the cherry mixture on the cake. Then take a knife and pass it over the circle that will make the heart shape.
Bake the pie for 20 minutes or until firm. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
