Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 1/2 cups of granolas
  • 90 grams of Butter melted
  • 190 grams of cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 Cup of mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 Cup of powder sugar
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Orange zest
  • 1 Cup of raspberry
  • 1 Cup of blueberry
  • 1/2 Cup of tangerine in syrup
  • 1/2 Cup of Strawberry without tail and disinfected
  • 3 pieces of Kiwi in slices
  • 1/4 of Cup of apricot jam
  • 3 spoonfuls of Water hot

    Preparation

    For the base, in a food processor pulverize the granola and mix it with the butter.
    Pour into a tart mold and spread to form a base. Freeze 10 minutes.
    For the filling, beat the cream cheese with the mascarpone cheese, the sugar, the vanilla and the zest.
    Pour the filling into the base and spread. Decorate with fruits and refrigerate 10 minutes.
    In a bowl, mix the jam with the water to lighten. Varnish fruits with jam and presents.
