Preparation
Blend gelatin, lemon juice and water.
Heat the milk and add until the gelatin dissolves.
Then add the two egg whites, the vanilla, the sugar substitute and the cheese to the blender.
Mix it until it has a smooth consistency.
Add the fruit and save a little to decorate the pie at the end.
Put all the mixture in the mold and put it in the refrigerator.
