Preparation
Melt the butter and mix with the ground cookies, sugar and cinnamon to form a paste.
Grease a removable rectangular mold.
Cover the bottom and edges with the crushed cookies and press to form a crust.
Bake at 180c for 10 minutes or until golden brown, remove and reserve.
