Delicious cake with the freshness of the cheese and the delicious taste of blueberries.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 90 grams unsalted butter
  • 2 cups cinnamon cookie, ground
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 500 grams cream cheese
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 cups blueberry, disinfected
  • powdered sugar
  • almonds, fillets and toasts

Preparation

Melt the butter and mix with the ground cookies, sugar and cinnamon to form a paste.
Grease a removable rectangular mold.
Cover the bottom and edges with the crushed cookies and press to form a crust.
Bake at 180c for 10 minutes or until golden brown, remove and reserve.
Acrema cheese with sugar, add eggs one by one, beating at low speed after each addition, add vanilla.
Pour the cheese mixture on the crust and bake at 180c for 1 hour and 30 minutes, the center should be a little soft.
Let cool to room temperature and put in the refrigerator about ten minutes before serving, so that the cheese feels fresher.
Unmold and decorate with the blueberries, sprinkle a bit of icing sugar on top and garnish the sides with sliced ​​almonds.
