  • 1/2 cups pecan, chopped
  • 1/4 cups butter, melted
  • 3/4 cups brown sugar
  • 570 grams cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons Rum
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed up
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons yellow lemon juice
  • 25 taffy candies
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 cups pecan, in halves


Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Mix well the crumbs of cookies, pecans, butter and ¼ cup of brown sugar. Press this firmly against the bottom of a baking pan.
