Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1/2 Cup of peanut toasted
  • 1 1/2 cups of Vanilla cookies
  • 1 piece of Butter melted
  • 2 pieces of cream cheese smoothing
  • 1 Cup of milk
  • 1/2 Cup of peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar
  • 3 pieces of unflavored gelatin hydrated
  • 2 cups of whipping cream cool
  • 1/2 Cup of cajeta - Mexican carmelized goat milk sweet
  • 1/2 Cup of roasted peanuts to decorate

    Preparation

    In a food processor, process the cookies with the peanuts until you get a fine powder.
    Mix with butter and pour into a cake mold of 20 cm. Compact with a spoon and refrigerate 15 minutes.
    Blend the cheese with milk, peanut butter, vanilla, sugar and grenetina.
    Beat the cream to beat until smooth peaks. Integrate the peanut mixture with the whipping cream in an enveloping way.
    Pour the previous mixture into the mold and refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
    Desmolda and decorate with cajeta and peanuts.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate with peanuts and caramel.

    TIPS

    You can change the peanuts for nuts.

    Hi Telma,if you allow me, I can explain the recipe: A piece of butter is about 4 oz. Or 115gr, unsalted. Grenetina is an unflavored gelatin, in my country (El Salvador) each envelope contains 7 gr. The Cajeta is a kind of syrup made of goat milk, is really sweet and delicious.     This recipe is hard to understand in English. 1 piece of butter? How many grams? Is it unsalted butter? What is grenetina? 1/2 cup of cajeta? What is cajeta? Please be more specific about the measurements and translation because baking in the USA is very precised or the recipe does not turn out the way it is supposed to be.
