Preparation
Beat the yolks with the sugar until frothy.
Add flour, cornstarch and royal sifted together.
Beat the 4 egg whites to nougat point.
And stir the whites with the previous mixture.
Spread the dough on a greased and floured baking sheet.
It should be thin at the time of extending it.
Put in a hot oven at 300ºC for 15 minutes.
A canvas is sprayed and sprinkled with icing sugar.
When the bread is cooked, it is poured over the canvas and rolled.
Once it is cold, it is unrolled and filled with marmalade and rolled again. It is bathed with more sugar glass.
