Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade and place the grid in the center of it.
In a deep bowl, mix the milled cookies with 5 tablespoons of butter and 1/4 cup of sugar. With your hands, press the dough into a pie pan to get the whole base of the pie. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden, remove.
In a medium saucepan combine the sugar, cornstarch, salt, yolks and milk and cook over medium heat, beating constantly. Heat until it boils and keep boiling for 1 minute so that the filling thickens.
Strain the filling with a strainer and place in a large bowl. Add chocolate, butter and vanilla and beat well.
Put the filling in the pie and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Just before serving, whisk the cream to beat and with a pastry bag decorate the pie with the cream.
