Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Grease a round mold with 2 tablespoons of butter.
Combine the yolks and 1/4 cup of sugar in the blender and beat until they sponge. Add vanilla and 2 tablespoons of coffee.
Beat whites separately until frothy; add the sugar until it is ready for nougat.
Put together the nuts, royal and salt. Go adding 1/3 of the mixture of yolks, 1/3 of the mixture of whites and little by little until mixing everything.
Put the mixture in the molds and put in the oven for 30 minutes.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes and then unmold it.
In another bowl, combine the cream, honey, 1 teaspoon of coffee and let it boil over low heat.
Add the chopped chocolate and 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
Stir the bitumen mixture.
Put the first cake and cover it with shoe polish, place the other cake on top of the first one and also cover it with shoe polish.
Decorate with nuts.
