Ingredients

8 servings
  • 8 cake pan individual
  • 500 grams of bittersweet chocolate unsweetened, tempered
  • 500 milliliters of sugar free whipping cream of soy, fat-free and whipped to the point of snow
  • 2 cans of pumpkin filling organic without sweetening
  • 5 drops of Vegetable food coloring orange
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of ginger powdered
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of nutmeg milled
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of ground clove
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoonful of ground cinnamon
  • 1 Cup of Splenda granulated
  • 1/2 Cup of orange juice
  • to taste of chocolate to decorate

    Preparation

    Put the chocolate in a bain-marie and a little before it is completely melted, remove from the heat and move vigorously until it is cold.
    Grease the molds with corn oil and remove the excess oil with a thick napkin.
    In greased molds, place a layer of chocolate and freeze for 3 minutes, repeat the process 3 more times until a layer of chocolate of 5 mm thick is formed. Unmold and reserve.
    Beat the cream until it thickens, add the pumpkin, the condiments, the juice and the SPLENDA® Granulated, add the dye and mix.
    With this mixture, fill the cakes and refrigerate.
    Place a little melted chocolate in a pastry bag and cut the tip with a pair of scissors, form 4 circles one inside the other on the orange cake and pull sideways to form a cobweb.

    PRESENTATION

    TIPS

    If you prefer to make it natural pumpkin filling, boil the pumpkin of Castilla, peeled and seeded for 10 hours over low heat with a slice of cinnamon and 1 cup of SPLENDA® Granulated, completely grind to 2 cups of filling.
