Delicious chocolate cake filled with strawberry jam and covered with cherries. A delight!

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 box chocolate cake flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cups oil
  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 1 can cherries in syrup
  • 1 jar Strawberry jam
  • almonds, in slices

Preparation

In a bowl place the cake flour mixture and together we add the eggs, oil and milk, mix well until making a homogeneous mixture.
We pour our mixture in a previously greased round mold and take to the oven preheated to 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes or until when introducing a knife comes out clean.
After our cake is ready, let it cool for at least 15 minutes, then proceed in two on the side and thus have two circular parts.
Place on the plate that we are going to serve one of the circular parts, fill with strawberry jam (for this, I place the jam in a bowl and soften it with a spatula). Then we put the other circular part on top to cover the filling.
With the help of a spatula we place a bit of strawberry jam on the sides of the cake and try to place the almond slices in a decorative way.
We place our cherries with their sauce on top of our delicious cake and let the sauce drift a little on the sides. We take to the refrigerator until the moment of serving.
Ready!!! This chocolate cake is extremely soft and fluffy and this mixture of flavors will melt your palate !!!

PRESENTATION

To present this cake I decorate it by attaching a red ribbon and this gives a beautiful touch for your presentation!

TIPS

It is good to keep this dessert cold, its flavor will be even more delicious !!!!
