This chocolate cake is very easy to prepare and has a very good milk chocolate glaze. You can cover everything or just form streaks with the bitumen on top.

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 1 Cup of Water boiling
  • 2 teaspoons of instant coffee
  • 1 Cup of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 1 3/4 cups of flour
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 3/4 of Cup of cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 Cup of oil
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla extract
  • 1 stick of Butter 90 grams for bitumen
  • 1/2 Cup of cocoa for bitumen
  • 1 Cup of powder sugar for bitumen
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla essence HE.-B for bitumen
  • 1/4 of Cup of evaporated milk (for bitumen)

Preparation

Prepare the coffee. Mix teaspoons of instant coffee with boiling water and let cool.
In a saucepan, boil the milk and add a tablespoon of vinegar when it boils. Let cool.
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Sink everything at least twice.
Add the eggs, coffee, cut milk, oil and vanilla. Beat everything at medium speed for two minutes until it mixes well.
Grease a round cake pan and turn the oven to 200 degrees.
Fill the mold with the mixture and bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool on a rack.
Prepare the bitumen: acre the butter with a blender until it is creamy, add the coca, vanilla, sugar and milk little by little until it has a thick consistency.
