You have never tasted anything like this delicious vanilla cake, simulating the irresistible chocolate Kit Kat®. It has a cover with an intense chocolate flavor and pieces of Kit Kat® inside, also the presentation is luxury. The perfect dessert to share with your friends!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 of Cup of Butter (135 grams)
  • 1 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder sifting
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 2 1/2 cups of flour sifted
  • 1 1/4 cups of milk
  • 4 cups of bitter chocolate in pieces
  • 2 cups of cream to beat hot
  • 25 pieces of Kit Kat® four Finger

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    For the cake, beat the butter with the sugar until acremar. Add the eggs one by one and the vanilla. Alternate the dry with milk and beat until you get a homogeneous and smooth mixture.
    Pour the preparation into a tray or baking sheet with waxed paper. Smooth with a spatula or scraper and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked. Chill
    Unmold the cake, match if necessary and cut into 6 equal rectangles. Reservation.
    For the bitumen, mix the hot cream with the chocolate until it is fully integrated and the chocolate is left to cool slightly and refrigerate for around 30 minutes or until it is cold. melted by the hot cream.
    Beat the cold chocolate mixture until it doubles its volume.
    Cut 4 pieces of Kit Kat® into small pieces with the help of a knife, reserve.
    For the assembly, place a bit of bitumen on one of the biscuit plates and sprinkle Kit Kat® chips, repeat until all the layers are finished. Cover the cake with the rest of the bitumen and smooth very well.
    Cover the sides of the cake with Kit Kat® chocolate bars by gluing them with the bitumen. Decorate with rosettes and chocolate pieces on top.

    PRESENTATION

    Cover the plates with chocolate bitumen, decorate with Kit Kat® chocolates.

    TIPS

    You can also use chocolate chips instead of pieces. Take care to cool the ganache well before beating, to obtain a good consistency.
