These apples are covered with chocolate, marshmallows and nuts; They are a good dessert for halloween parties or children's parties.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 12 apples, (red or green)
  • 500 grams bittersweet chocolate, in pieces
  • 2 cups marshmallows, little ones
  • 1 cup caramelized walnut, chopped
  • 12 chopsticks, or wooden sticks

Preparation

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
Place the marshmallows on one plate and the nut on another plate.
Place a wooden stick in each apple instead of the stem.
Pass each apple for chocolate and then for marshmallows and walnut.
Place the apples with the stick up in a tray with waxed paper and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

TIPS

You can use different candies instead of the marshmallows.
