Delicious Chocolate Cupcakes and Coffee Liqueur, ideal to surprise and share with your loved ones, have a spongy consistency, moist and flavored with chocolate and a touch of coffee that makes this combination your perfect dessert !!!

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 1 Cup of condensed milk
  • 125 flours sifted or sifted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 1 stick of Butter 90 grams at room temperature
  • 40 grams of cocoa powder sugarfree
  • drops of coffee liqueur to taste
  • 50 grams of nut chopped

    Preparation

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees
    Put the butter together with the condensed milk and beat until you get a creamy consistency.
    Add the eggs and the coffee liqueur one by one and continue beating.
    Mix the flour, the baking powder, the cocoa and the chopped nuts and add to the previous mixture, beat at low speed just a little until the ingredients are well integrated.
    Pour the mixture into 12 little cups halfway through so they do not spill and bake 18 to 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

    PRESENTATION

    You can decorate them with the frosting of your preference !!!!

    TIPS

    Mix the flour at low speed or preferably in an enveloping manner. If you prefer to change the coffee liqueur, you can substitute it with a splash of vanilla.
