  • 1 1/2 cups butter, at room temperature
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 3/4 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 150 grams bittersweet chocolate, melted
  • 200 grams White chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cups pecan, chopped
  • 300 grams bittersweet chocolate, chopped

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Beat the butter and the two types of sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after adding each one. Mix the flour and baking soda. Add this gradually to the butter mixture, whisking just until mixed after each increase. Divide the table in half; place it in separate bowls. Add the melted semi-sweet chocolate, the chopped white chocolate and the pecans to the dough in one of the bowls; mix everything well. Add chopped semisweet chocolate to the table in the other bowl.
Drop round teaspoons of each dough, side by side, on an ungreased baking sheet. Press them lightly to form a flat ball. Continue with the rest of the dough, placing the balls 2 inches away on the baking sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool them 1 minute in the trays. Take them out and put them on metal grids; let them cool completely.
