This rich and easy chocolate ice cream is made with powdered cocoa, raspberries and a French liqueur called Chambord. To make this recipe it is recommended to use an ice cream machine.

Preparation
Whisk the cream, cocoa powder and sugar in a saucepan with a whisk. Heat the mixture by beating constantly until it starts to boil and remove from heat.
Add the raspberries, cover and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
In a blender mix the mixture and strain it. Add the Chambord.
Chill the ice cream and freeze in your ice cream machine according to the instructions of the machine.
