Preparation
Hydrate the grenetine in half the water and reserve.
Boil the remaining water with milk, sugar and chocolate previously dissolved in a little milk.
When releasing boil remove from heat, add the hydrated gelatin and stop moving only until it is completely dissolved.
Let cool and pour the rum
Empty in individual molds (preferably in flower molds) and refrigerate
Unmold and decorate with cherries to taste.
