Ingredients

8 portions
  • 30 grams gelatin
  • 500 milliliters Water, cool
  • 1/2 cans condensed milk
  • 1/2 cans evaporated milk
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 50 grams powder chocolate
  • 20 milliliters Rum
  • cherries

Preparation

Hydrate the grenetine in half the water and reserve.
Boil the remaining water with milk, sugar and chocolate previously dissolved in a little milk.
When releasing boil remove from heat, add the hydrated gelatin and stop moving only until it is completely dissolved.
Let cool and pour the rum
Empty in individual molds (preferably in flower molds) and refrigerate
Unmold and decorate with cherries to taste.

TIPS

You can substitute the cherry for strawberry or blackberries and it tastes delicious.

que clase de chocolate en polvo quiero saber que tipo de chocolate en polvo se usa,  o debe ser cocoa ???
