Ingredients

15 portions
  • 2 bags marshmallow, whites and roses, large
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 250 milliliters whipping cream
  • 1 can fruit cocktail in syrup
  • 1 on gelatin

Preparation

In a large saucepan pour condensed milk and add the same amount of water (for a can of milk another of water). It must be turning so it does not stick.
Once it starts to boil, lower the heat to low and add the chocolates until the chocolates melt completely. Do not stop stirring so it does not stick. Dissolve an envelope of grenetine in 1 cup of boiling water. Add and mix until integrated.
Once the chocolates are melted, add the cream, the fruit and remove from the heat.
It can be served in individual molds or in a large one to distribute portions.

PRESENTATION

It can be presented with a little whipped cream or put chocolates around.

De cuánto gramos es el sobre de grenetina??? Me encantaría hacer esta receta.

Grenetina Si no me equivoco la grenetina se dice agregarse en el segundo párrafo de la preparación ahí lo dice Sobre.   Solo que no puso el nombre ... se debe saber leer para saber interpretar.  Aunque debió haberlo escrito.

Es para mezclarlas junto con los bombones derretidos y la crema para batir Palomika, sin embargo este paso es opcional. En caso de que decidas echarle fruta de lata recuerda retirarle el almíbar. Con frutas frescas queda también muy bien. Saludos

Hola Fátima, hemos realizado la aclaración dentro de la receta pues como dices no quedaba muy clara la idea. Se agrega una vez que los bombones o malvaviscos se han derretido. Saludos :)
