We know that gelatins you love, that's why we have for you this delicious recipe for super fluffy, creamy and delicious gelatin of white chocolates with a nutty touch, with a base of mini colored chocolates. This quick recipe will get you out of trouble, ideal for children.

  • 3 cups chocolate, white for gelatin
  • 1 cup evaporated milk, for gelatin
  • 1 cup condensed milk, for gelatin
  • 1 cup Double cream cheese, for gelatin
  • 1 cup Nestle media creama, for gelatin
  • 1 cup yogurt, with nut for gelatin
  • 2 tablespoons liquid vanilla, for gelatin
  • 1/2 cups refined sugar, for gelatin
  • 3 envelopes gelatin, hydrated and melted for gelatin (7g each)
  • 2 cups chocolate, mini colors, for gelatin
  • to taste chocolate, of colors, to decorate and for gelatin
  • to taste whipped cream, painted purple, to decorate
  • to taste granillo, of colors


Blend the chocolates with the evaporated milk, condensed milk, double cream cheese, half cream, yogurt, vanilla essence and sugar until a homogeneous mixture is poured, little by little, in the form of string.
Pour ¾ parts of the mixture into a jelly mold, add ¾ of the colored minis and refrigerate until set. Remove from refrigeration and place the rest of the chocolates and fill with the remaining gelatine. Refrigerate until completely set.
Unmold the jelly, stick chocolates around with a little whipped cream, decorate with small rosettes of purple whipped cream and colored granillo. Tie with a ribbon and presents.

Blend the gelatin for several minutes so that a lot of air is incorporated into the mixture and is very spongy.
