Preparation
Blend the chocolates with the evaporated milk, condensed milk, double cream cheese, half cream, yogurt, vanilla essence and sugar until a homogeneous mixture is poured, little by little, in the form of string.
Pour ¾ parts of the mixture into a jelly mold, add ¾ of the colored minis and refrigerate until set. Remove from refrigeration and place the rest of the chocolates and fill with the remaining gelatine. Refrigerate until completely set.
Unmold the jelly, stick chocolates around with a little whipped cream, decorate with small rosettes of purple whipped cream and colored granillo. Tie with a ribbon and presents.
