If you love chocolate, but can't eat sugar, try this Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Mousse. Our recipe with only two ingredients will give you the dessert that you love so much.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 cups bitter chocolate without sugar, in pieces
  • enough blueberry, to decorate
  • enough raspberry, to decorate
  • enough strawberry, in quarters, to decorate
  • enough peppermint, leaves, to decorate

Preparation

In a pot over low heat, cook the whipping cream for 2 minutes (without letting it boil) and then add the unsweetened dark chocolate; Mix with the help of a balloon until the chocolate melts and is evenly integrated, cook 2 more minutes and remove from the heat.
Pour the mixture into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Remove from the refrigerator and beat with a balloon until the consistency becomes fluffy. Serve in glasses and decorate with red berries and mint leaves.

TIPS

You should not beat the preparation too much once it comes out of the refrigerator, otherwise the consistency will not be smooth or uniform.
