Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade. Prepare a tray for baking muffins with muffin pieces (6).
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, chocolate chips, walnut, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl, mix milk and coffee until dissolved. Add the egg, and the butter and mix well.
Pour the coffee mixture over the flour mixture and mix. Pour in muffin crumbs and sprinkle some chocolate chips over the mixture.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Remove from the oven and allow to cool 5 minutes before serving.
