Ingredients

10 servings
  • 500 grams of bittersweet chocolate
  • 200 grams of orange chocolate chip for pastry
  • 200 grams of dark chocolate for pastry
  • chocolate candy molds or molds for chocolate pallets
  • lollipop sticks

    Preparation

    Melt the semi-bitter chocolate in a bain-marie and place in a dulla or a ketchup bottle with a thin lid.
    Fill the molds with the semi-bitter chocolate and if you are going to make the pallets, place the toothpick, hit the mold a little to remove the air bubbles and freeze for 60 minutes so that the chocolate endures.
    Remove the pallets from the freezer and unmold them.
    Melt the orange chocolate in a bain-marie and in another saucepan melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie.
    With a dulla decorate the palettes with eyes, mouth and hat playing with both colors.

    PRESENTATION

    Place the pallets on a unicel base covered in orange and black china paper.

    TIPS

    Never add water to your chocolate to dilute it, the chocolate has an oil base so the water would cause it to cut.
