Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 centigrade. Put pieces of paper in the molds or grease and flour.
Sift the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, royal and baking soda into a mixing bowl. Beat 30 seconds. Add butter, egg whites and egg. Beat one minute at low speed and one minute at high speed. Add the milk, coffee and vanilla and beat one more minute.
Put in the pancakes and bake 35 minutes. Allow to cool in the molds for 5 minutes and unmold.
