Ingredients

6 servings
  • 75 grams of Butter
  • 175 grams of self-raising wheat flour
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 220 milliliters of milk
  • 80 grams of cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a bowl mix the butter (at room temperature) together with the sugar, with a blender until it is creamy.
    Add the 2 eggs and mix, then dissolve the cocoa in the milk and add it to the preparation.
    Finally pour the flour together with the baking powder and beat until the ingredients are well united. Add the vanilla if desired.
    Grease a pan mold with lard and flour it, pour the preparation and bake for approximately 40 minutes or until a knife comes out dry. When ready, let cool and then unmold.

    PRESENTATION

    You can sprinkle icing sugar over the pancake or melt a 200 gr bar. of pastry chocolate together with a spoonful of sugar and cover the pancake.

    TIPS

    It is better that you wait for it to cool before unmolding to prevent it from breaking because it is very spongy.
