Preparation
Prepare a baking sheet with aluminum or waxed paper. Washes and disinfects strawberries. Do not remove the stem!
Melt the chocolate in a container that can be put in the microwave. Take out every 30 seconds to stir and avoid burning. Take out when some sparks remain whole and stir until they melt.
Put each strawberry in the chocolate and make a spiral movement and put them in the tray.
Put in the refrigerator until the chocolate is hard. (30 minutes)
