Chocolate Triple Mousse Cake

Prepare this delicious dessert and surprise your guests with this 3-chocolate mousse very fast and easy to prepare. Best of all, you don't need to use a blender and still get a smooth and creamy texture. You'll love it!

Ingredients

14 servings
  • 2 cups of cereal mix (oatmeal with amaranth) for the base
  • 1 Cup of White chocolate cast, for base
  • 1 Cup of dark chocolate molten
  • 1/2 Cup of cocoa
  • 1 Cup of Chantilly® Vegetable Whipped Cream
  • 1 Cup of milk chocolate molten
  • 1 Cup of Chantilly® Vegetable Whipped Cream
  • 1 Cup of White chocolate molten
  • 1 Cup of Chantilly® Vegetable Whipped Cream
  • 1 Cup of Strawberry in halves, to decorate
  • to taste of mint
  • to taste of Chocolate chips to decorate

    Preparation

    For the base, mix the oatmeal with amaranth and white chocolate in a bowl. Pour into a cake pan and spread with the help of a spoon. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
    For the dark chocolate layer, mix the dark chocolate in a bowl with the Chantilly® Vegetable Whipped Cream and cocoa. Pour over the base and spread. Refrigerate 20 minutes or until set.
    For the milk chocolate layer, in a bowl, mix the milk chocolate in an enveloping form with the Chantilly® Vegetable Whipped Cream, pour over the dark chocolate layer and spread. Refrigerate
    Repeat with the white chocolate and the rest of the Chantilly® Vegetable Whipped Cream.
    Once the cake is completely set, unmold and decorate with strawberries, mint and chocolate.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate the cake with fresh strawberries.

    TIPS

    Chantilly Cream will make your mousse spectacular and when it comes to mixing in an enveloping way, it will help you not to lower the mixture.
