Preparation
Put the taffy in a bain-marie until it softens.
Before it cools the taffy is placed in the nuts shaping, trying to form the head and its legs.
It is tightened so that the shell is formed.
It is placed in a tray with the shell facing up until it cools.
We melted the white chocolate in a bain-marie and in another bowl the semi-bitter chocolate.
We bathe the turtles with white chocolate and wait for them to cool.
We finished decorating with the semi bitter chocolate and refrigerated
