Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350 F).
Melt chocolate and butter in a bain-marie.
In a blender , put the eggs and beat until they have a pale yellow color. Add the sugar little by little and continue beating until it thickens. Add vanilla, sifted flour, and coconut. Finally add the chocolate (already warm, not hot).
Put the mixture on a greased and floured refractory.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool in the mold.
Cut the brownies into boxes. To each picture put a little chocolate syrup and sprinkle sugar glass to taste.
