Prepare this delicious brownie cheesecake with strawberry and surprise your friends. It is an ideal dessert since it has the sponge of a brownie and the creaminess of a cheesecake. It has an intense chocolate flavor that is combined with a rich strawberry flavor.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 Cup of Strawberry Yogurt Santa Clara®
  • 225 grams of cream cheese
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 1/2 Cup of refined sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
  • 1/2 Cup of Natural Yogurt Santa Clara®
  • 3 spoonfuls of Whole Milk Santa Clara®
  • 1/2 Cup of whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 Cup of palm sugar
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 1/2 Cup of cocoa
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 1/4 of Cup of chocolate chip
  • 1/2 Cup of Strawberry jam
  • 1/4 of Cup of Strawberry washed and disinfected
  • 1/4 of Cup of blueberry
  • mint leaves washed and disinfected

    Preparation

    Preheat oven to 165 ° C.
    Grease a square mold for brownie with cooking spray and flour. For the strawberry cheesecake, beat the cream cheese together with the eggs and sugar.
    Add the vanilla essence and gradually add the Strawberry Yogurt® and reserve. In another bowl combine the wholemeal flour, palm sugar, salt, baking powder and cocoa.
    It combines the Santa Clara® Whole Milk, the Strawberry Yogurt®, the egg, the vanilla essence. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients. Add the chocolate sparks.
    Spread the brownie mixture over the greased mold and pat it with a spatula. Add the strawberry cheesecake mixture on top and sprinkle it in the same way.
    With a spoon, add the strawberry jam and with a toothpick create a marbling effect between the cheesecake and the jam. Bake at 165 ° C for 60 minutes.
    Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before unmolding. Decorate with red berries and mint leaves.

    PRESENTATION

    Cut the brownie into squares and serve.

    TIPS

    You can substitute palm sugar for brown sugar.
