Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade. Grease a rectangular 18 x 25 cm baking dish with a little butter and cover with waxed paper.
In a deep bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt with a fork.
In a bath, melt the chocolate and butter and remove from heat.
In an electric mixer beat 3 eggs and 1 cup of sugar for 5 minutes or until the mixture is fluffy.
Continue beating and add little melted chocolate and 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence. Then add the flour mixture and continue mixing.
Pour the mixture of the brownies into the refractory.
Clean your blender and now beat the mixture for the cheesecake. Beat the cream cheese, two eggs, 1/3 cup of sugar and the remaining vanilla. Beat until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Pour the cheesecake mixture over the mixture of brownies in the refractory. Bake the cake for 35 minutes or until the cheesecake is golden brown.
Remove from the oven, let cool for at least 10 minutes and remove from the oven.
