Ingredients

16 portions
  • 1/2 cups vegetal oil, canola
  • 1/3 cups sesame oil, hot spicy
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup flour, multipurpose
  • 1/2 cups cocoa powder

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Grease and flour in mold for brownies.
Combine the oil and sugar until they mix well.
Add the cocoa powder until it is integrated.
Add the eggs and mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Now continue with the vanilla, salt and baking powder. Continue stirring and add the flour little by little until integrating.
Pour the dough over the mold and bake for about 20 minutes.
Let stand for one hour before cutting the squares. Garnish with melted white chocolate and fondant chiles.
