Melt the butter and add the finely chopped white chocolate, mix until well integrated.
Beat the eggs and sugar until they are whitened. Add the chocolate mixture and continue whisking until it lightens. Add the rest of the dry ingredients and mix until the lumps disappear. Add the pistachios and mix again.
Pour into molds, preferably individual sandwiches, greased and waxed paper. Pour up to 3/4 of its capacity. Bake at 180 ° C for 30 minutes or until firm.
Allow to cool inside the molds.
To decorate: melt the chocolate and mix it with the hot milk. Thread the brownies to a fork to help and cover them with amaranth.
