Preparation
In a tray put waxed paper in the whole background letting out about 2 centimeters on each side.
Heat the chocolate and evaporated milk in a bain-marie, stirring until the chocolate melts and is smooth. Take it out of the heat and add the vanilla. Reserve 1/3 cup of this mixture.
Combine ground cookies, coconut, peanuts, sugar and salt in a bowl. Add the chocolate mixture and combine well.
Pour the mixture over the tray until everything is well covered and even. Pour the 1/3 mixture you reserved above. You can finely chop the coconut, remaining peanuts and sprinkle them on top. Refrigerate for 2 hours and remove the brownies from the tray with the help of the paper.
Remove the waxed paper and cut into 24 slices.
