Preparation
Grease an 8-inch square refractory with aerosol oil and cover with wax paper, leaving a surplus of two inches on each side.
In a large bowl, mix the crumbs of graham crackers, hazelnuts, cocoa and salt. Add the condensed milk. Melt the bitter chocolate in a bain-marie for 4 minutes.
Stir the chocolate with the biscuit mixture until a homogeneous mixture is formed. Empty the mixture in the previously prepared refractory, cover the mixture with a piece of plastic and press firmly. Cool until firm enough to cut, at least one hour.
Lift the waxed paper to remove the brownies from the refractory and cut into 16 small squares. Store the brownies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
