Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate
  • 3/4 cups butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups vanilla cookie
  • 1 cup almond, Toasted and chopped

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Line a baking dish with foil, extending the paper to the sides to form handles. Grease the aluminum foil. Heat, in a large microwave-safe container, the chocolate and butter to high power for 2 minutes or until the butter has melted. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted. Add the sugar; mix well. Add the eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add the flour and stir until well mixed. Add 1 cup of the chopped cookies and the cup of almond slices; mix well.
Spread the mixture over the source you prepared. Sprinkle with the remaining cup of chopped biscuits.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until when inserting a toothpick in the center, it comes out with wet crumbs. (Do not overcook it). Let it cool at the source. Take it out of the fountain and put it on a cutting board. Cut into 24 squares.
