Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
Grease the square mold of 24 cm and line the base with paper.
In a bowl: hover and mix the dry ingredients.
In another bowl: mix the coconut butter, honey, almond cream and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix with a balloon whisk. Wrap the chocolate and empty the mixture in a prepared mold.
Bake approximately 25 to 30 minutes, depending on your oven and your mold. The toothpick will come out slightly moist but not wet or dry !. These brownies have a divine texture, but they should rest at least 3 -4 hours before cutting with a serrated knife.
