Prepare these delicious vegan brownies with double chocolate. They are made with applesauce, oatmeal and AdeS® Soy. They are low in sugars since they carry agave syrup. They have a perfect spongy consistency. They are perfect to serve as a dessert or as a gift. They are so easy and rich that they will become a favorite in your home.

Ingredients

18 portions
  • 1/2 cups AdeS® Soya
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cups cocoa
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3/4 cups agave syrup
  • 1/2 cups Apple sauce
  • 1/3 cups vegetal oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 1/3 cups bittersweet chocolate chip
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
Mix oatmeal with cocoa, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl combine agave syrup, AdeS® Soya, applesauce, oil and vanilla
Add the mixture with AdeS® Soy to the dry ingredients, combine until you have a homogeneous mixture. Grease a rectangular mold for brownies with a little oil.
Pour the mixture over the pan and bake for 35 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool and cut into medium squares.

PRESENTATION

You can sprinkle some glass sugar on top.

TIPS

If you can't find agave syrup, you can use a non-caloric sweetener.
