Ingredients

8 portions
  • 300 grams flour
  • 10 grams baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 6 eggs
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 1 clapboard chocolate
  • 1 cup Water
  • 25 grams cocoa

Preparation

Sift all dry ingredients (flour, royal, cocoa and bicarbonate)
Dismantle the chocolate tablet in the cup of water and reserve.
In a bowl, add the butter, add the sugar and eggs one by one.
Add the previously sifted flour and finally the chocolate.
Pour into a previously greased and floured mold and bake at 180 ° C for 25 or 30 minutes, or until put a toothpick comes out clean.
Unmold and let cool. Decorate with chocolate and fruit to taste.
