Preparation
Melt the chocolate and let cool.
Sift flour with royal and salt. Beat the whites to the point of nougat.
Grease a pancake mold with butter and sprinkle flour, remove the excess.
Add the butter to the sugar, add the yolks one at a time, add the flour with the milk in two parts.
Add the whites in enveloping form.
Take out 3/4 cup and add the chocolate. Add the vanilla to the remaining mixture.
Empty half of the vanilla mixture and spoon the chocolate mixture, put the remaining vanilla and put the rest of the chocolate in tablespoons, using a knife to make waves or zigzags.
Bake in preheated oven at 190ºC or 350ºF for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out dry, let cool for 10 minutes and unmold.
Let cool, cover the cake with the chocolate bitumen and then put the vanilla in pieces by marbling with a spatula, a toothpick or a knife.
