Preheated oven at 180 ° C
For the dough, sift the flour with the cocoa, add the melted butter and mix until it forms a dough; Add the sugar with the cold water (if necessary) to integrate. Wrap with sticky plastic and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Spread the dough on a floured board and place in a cake pan previously lined with waxed paper. Chop the dough with a fork and bake for 15 minutes.
For the filling, beat the butter with the brown sugar; add one by one the eggs and the cocoa, continuing to beat add the chocolate, cream and coffee extract to integrate. Pour the filling over the dough and bake for 45 minutes or until the mixture is firm. Let cool and decorate with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
