Preparation
Prepare the dough for biscuit by kneading all the ingredients, in a baking tray set the dough 1 cm thick, bake at 180 º C for 20 minutes or until it is slightly golden brown. Let cool.
For the filling: mix the peanut butter with the powdered sugar and the vanilla in the blender .
For the ganache: in a water bath melt chocolate, add the cream out of the fire.
When you have the cookie at room temperature, you place the mixture of peanut butter that the layer covers the whole mass to the edges, then you add the chocolate on top of the peanut butter that everything is well covered and ready, put it on cool a little, then cut it into cubes or bars depending on the taste and enjoyment has been said. It is a delicious dessert.
