Ingredients

5 portions
  • 5 Fish fillets, 200 grams each
  • grated coconuts, necessary
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Red tomato, finely chopped
  • 2 pumpkin seeds, of garlic
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 lemon
  • Maggi juices, to taste
  • fresh coriander, chopped, to taste
  • 1 pimientón, Red
  • cumin, ground, to taste
  • 2 cups coconut milk

Preparation

Put to fry for three minutes the tomato, onion, grated garlic, paprika, add the maggi and cumin.
Put the fish in a casserole and add boiled water, then wash it well and add the lemon.
Blend the coconut with little water, then strain and put it in a container, reserve.
Pour the fish into the pan where it is refried and add a little coconut milk.
Then we add the salt to taste and put on fire about 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes add the lache of coconut that we had reserved and coriander.
Put back on fire for 3 more minutes.
Serve hot and accompany it with white rice and green plantain.
